sorry gang but its true…damn Bi@ie !!

You change your mind
Like a girl changes clothes
Yeah you, PMS
Like a bitch, I would know

And you over think
Always speak cryptically
I should know
That you’re no good for me

‘Cause you’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down
You’re wrong when it’s right
It’s black and it’s white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
(You) You don’t really wanna stay, no
(You) But you don’t really wanna go-o
You’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down

We used to be
Just like twins, so in sync
The same energy
Now’s a dead battery

Used to laugh ’bout nothing
Now you’re plain boring
I should know
That you’re not gonna change

‘Cause you’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down
You’re wrong when it’s right
It’s black and it’s white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
(You) You don’t really wanna stay, no
(You) But you don’t really wanna go-o
You’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down

Someone call the doctor
Got a case of love bipolar
Stuck on a roller coaster
Can’t get off this ride

You change your mind
Like a girl changes clothes

‘Cause you’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down
You’re wrong when it’s right
It’s black and it’s white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up

You’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down
You’re wrong when it’s right
It’s black and it’s white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
(You) You don’t really wanna stay, no
(You) But you don’t really wanna go-o

You’re hot then you’re cold
You’re yes then you’re no
You’re in then you’re out
You’re up then you’re down

p/s: the lyrics sound damn bitchie..but i like… kalau buang lirik je,buat lagu mcm  minus-one jer, melodi nye memang buat ana mahu menari la dan ber aeroback sambil teringat zaman tahun 70-an dulu..

Layaan..Zas…Memang tak!!

tension dalam bahasa melayu?..

salam…

Pernah dengar word tension dalam kamus hidup seharian anda?… aduh..sudah 3 minggu, hidup ana amat tertekan.. first and for most. January and February will be the busiest months so far i have to undergo the stress .Coz lot of works to be done before 85Ki( before March 08).Based on schedules, suppose the 15th of Jan, Metro E (ethernet) network connection offered by Telekom Malaysia between HQ Melaka Plant to PJ office will be established and can be use for all associates by the end of February . Then the task will continue from IT team in Kl  to install Lotus Note Email to more than 200 associates in KL to replace Microsoft Outlook. The are a lot advantages using Lotus Note against Outlook. but only one think for sure i see a big different is Lotus Note can attach less than 10 Mbps rather than Outlook only less than 2.0  Mbps. The rest is just same because the main reason Outlook and Lotus Note created is for email to  send the  informations and datas. But there are some technical issues from Telekom Malaysia and its vendor so all task is postponed for another 2 weeks. 2 more weeks is over the schedules. Because  IT dept and i also do not want to labelled as not professional. thats our Dept promises to the management before 85Ki. so that our appraisal later will be bad. but seems the problems is not us,so that can be helped to explain to the bos. Huhu..(deep breath)

Second one is after almost 4 months working here, there are 3 applications i have take as my responsible to support for second and third level support. if i can’t solve the problems, i’ll be pass to my senior colleagues, Mr. Alimran. And if he also cant resolve, he should pass to IT global support in Japan. The three application is PC-Pack Part,Pc-Pack Sales and Pc-Pack Warranty. and some the aaplication that i have to use SQL database to resolve problems in DTS (Dealer TotalSupport System). plus some technical and hardware like laptop and PC, network, printers i need to solve if my technician need a hand and act as a IT administrator.

And tension comes in the after  2 months i work here. some times, it cant be helped.but this kind of tension make me to focus more and “dont play play arr”..

Seems i quiet happy becoz of the work environment and the associates(staff) are so friendly.and i’m wondering  i’ll be here for long time.very long long time.

…fuh..sesekali ana berbahasa orang putih, ape salahnye kan..hehe..kalau ade salah silap grammer and vocabolary sana sini tu,harap diampun..hehe…pakcik dah lame tak berhijrah ke London..hehe..

ana blur… for SKK, 143

happy  no. !!

aurat dan urat same..ni sedikit pantun tentang orat..subhanallah

Pantun Aurat

Baju nipis nampak bayang
Peha gebu saja ditayang
Lebih baik tak pakai baju senang
Dah tentu boleh tunjuk terang-terang

Baju ketat seluar sendat
Pakai tudung just ikat-ikat
Dari mula memang bukan adat
Disudut agama pun gaya tak berkat

Tudung jarang baju nipis
Pakai sikit boleh nampak ‘garis’
Mata orang terbeliak, kita membengis
Bila kena kutuk, kenapa menangis

Lengan pendek blaus gantung
Jeans ketat melekat dipunggung
Jadi orang Islam ni sebenarnya beruntung
Agama tak suruh berbungkus macam pocong

Apa rasanya, kepala bertudung, kain terbelah
Kalau takat rambut orang kurang ghairah
Lain kalau peha gebu atau ternampak lurah
Mata yang memandang boleh keluar darah

Kebaya ketat, kain terbelah
Ikat tudung macam tak sudah
Nak ikut suruhan agama memang tak mudah
Tapi Islam sebenarnya indah

Tutup aurat bukan suruh berselubung
Sampai tak nampak muka dan hidung
Yang faham tuntutan amat beruntung
Taklah bersungut mulut pun muncung

Dah kalau mula minat nak bertudung
Cubalah sesuaikan apa yang disarung
Kalau masih rasa jiwa tu ‘mendung’
Maknanya nafsu tu belum dapat dibendung

Bertudung itu bukan satu paksaan
Ianya lebih kepada keinsafan
Selalunya nafsu masih dikuasai syaitan
Itu la pasal fesyen pun yang bukan-bukan

Asal menutup aurat itu tuntutan
Kalau dianggap susah, tu sebab bosan
Yang ye nya hati tak berkenan
Tu yang berjela-jela mencipta alasan

Menutup aurat satu syariat
Kepada agama kita taat
Hidup berkat pahala berlipat-lipat
Didunia selamat, di akhirat hebat

Tip for Burning calories

Healthy Living

Let’s face it. Now is the time of year that you want to kick that calorie burn into high gear. We are neck deep in the holiday festivities, so we are all looking to get our metabolisms roaring, right? So how do you know what exercises and activities are going to give you the biggest bang for your calorie-burn buck?

I have put together a list of various activities to give you an idea of how each affects your burn. Sitting still (aka at rest), most people expend roughly 1-2 calories per minute, depending on your body weight, sex, etc. I have included both activities that burn a lot of calories, and also a separate chart that shows activities that don’t burn very many.

Use these charts as references so that you can get moving this season and burn off those extra goodies here and there that you want to enjoy along the way.

Note: This chart is based on a 150-pound woman. Men and women weighing over 150 pounds will burn more calories during the same activities, and those that weigh less will burn less.

Extra Tips and Tricks To Get That Metabolism Roaring

So now that you know what activities are more energy expensive, so to speak, you’ve still got to do what you’ve got to do, right? I mean, those presents are not going to wrap themselves.

Here are a few ways to get in some extra activity and burn off a few more calories in the midst of getting things accomplished. A few of them are going to make you giggle, but trust me, you will be thanking me when you hop on that scale come January 1st and you have maintained or even LOST weight this season!

  • Sets of 25 jumping jacks at commercial breaks while you are wrapping presents and watching “A Christmas Story” on TV.
  • Dance around the living room to holiday music with your kids.
  • Do wall sits while you are writing your grocery list.
  • Take the stairs at the mall rather than the escalator or the elevator.
  • Don’t sit down while you are talking to Aunt Thelma on the phone. Walk around the house in one giant circle.
  • After dinner don’t sit down to chat, bundle up and take the dog for a walk with a few family members. If you are in a warm weather climate (YAY for you!) head outside for a game of family flag football rather than sitting down to play cards.
  • Hands down, THE biggest calorie burning tip: Make sure to get in a good workout the morning of your holiday party, or rather, parties. You can see from the chart above what a difference even just a half an hour can make. And, you are not just going to burn during that alloted time, you will burn more calories all day long.
